Finance Manager

Managing and overseeing the Finance/Accounting team consisting of 2 other resources Preparation of monthly and annual closing of profit and loss account & balance sheet Monitoring receivables and payables Preparing regular MIS analysis and reports for the management Overseeing the passing of various GL entries Liaison with customers & suppliers for the reconciliations of accounts Passing of monthly depreciation, amortization & deduction entries Running and checking of trial balance Vouching and proper allocation of receipts in order to generate debtors ageing Preparation of audit schedules Verification and vouching of payments to Suppliers Monthly Bank reconciliations & liaison with the bank when required Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT filings and corporate Tax Other ad-hoc reports
