Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, providing actionable insights for decision-making. Oversee budgeting processes and financial forecasting to optimize resource allocation and enhance operational efficiency. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability. Develop and maintain standard costing systems for furniture manufacturing operations. Monitor product costing and margins across different furniture product lines. Support pricing decisions through detailed cost analysis and profitability assessments. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, conducting regular audits to maintain transparency and integrity. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA that demonstrate advanced financial knowledge and expertise. A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive finance experience in a corporate or similar environment, showcasing leadership capabilities. Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within the industry of work relevant to the organization.
