Finance Manager

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor company cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital. Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Ensure timely collection of customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables. Review supplier invoices, payments, purchase orders, and supporting documents. Monitor project-wise profitability, costs, and financial performance. Prepare project statements of accounts and support management with financial analysis. Manage bank accounts, bank reconciliations, and cash transactions. Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, and other external parties. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other applicable financial regulations. Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Review payroll-related financial transactions and coordinate with HR. Monitor financial risks and implement appropriate internal controls. Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations for business decisions. Support management in contract reviews, commercial negotiations, and financial planning. Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Good knowledge of UAE VAT ,Corporate Tax and E-Invoicing requirements. Experience with accounting/ERP software and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of cash flow management, budgeting, and financial analysis. Experience in project-based or contracting companies is preferred. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines. Preferred Experience in ELV, systems integration, or project-based companies will be an added advantage. Key Performance Areas (KPIs) Timely and accurate financial reporting.
