Financial Analyst

Job Responsibility: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports. - Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, investigating variances and highlighting key trends. - Build and maintain financial models to assess business performance, investments, and potential scenarios. - Gather and validate financial and operational data from relevant sources. - Develop clear reports and presentations with actionable insights for stakeholders. - Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and long-range planning processes. - Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and cost efficiency. - Collaborate with teams across the organization and respond to ad hoc financial analysis requests. Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or a similar role. - Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in spreadsheet and financial reporting tools; experience with ERP or business intelligence systems is an advantage. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly. - Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. - Professional finance or accounting qualifications are an advantage.
