Financial Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

Analyze financial data for the MENA region, identifying key trends and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations in both English and Arabic for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting performance drivers. Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from budget and forecast, recommending corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. Professional Certifications Full Professional / Intermediate certification in Finance, such as: ACA / ACA Inter CMA CPA CFA ACCA CIMA Equivalent certification preferred. Experience Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in: Financial Reporting MIS Accounting Nature of Experience UAE experience with government, semi-government organizations, and/or multinational companies is preferred. Professional Profile Results-driven finance professional with strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of management reports and presentations. Possesses a solid understanding of international accounting standards, including IFRS and IPSAS, and demonstrates the ability to perform root cause analysis and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools, with practical experience working with ERP systems to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency. A highly effective communicator with fluent written and spoken English skills and the ability to interpret and present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences. Adept at translating technical data into meaningful insights for stakeholders with varying levels of subject matter knowledge. Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
