Financial Analyst (Emirati Nationals)

Lead the Free of Charge (FOC) Policy Process: Oversee all key stages of the FOC process, from policy application through to execution and reconciliation. Monitor distributors’ sales reports and ensure stock reports are provided in the defined format. Collaborate with Key Account Managers to validate figures, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Confirm that proof of delivery for each transaction is submitted in a timely manner. Engage with distributors and the commercial team to maintain alignment and compliance. Enhance Distributor Engagement by establishing integrated communication protocols for timely and accurate data exchange. Reflect orders received in the internal order tracker. Follow up on the status of goods delivery with the global supply and logistics team in the Netherlands and the US. Generate reports on order status to update management, commercial teams, and distributors. Ensure logistics activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, customs documentation, and other paperwork. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the logistics function. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Desired Candidate Profile 2+ years of experience in a similar role within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or Pharma sectors, with regional exposure across multiple markets. Experience with distribution models is preferred. A degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferable. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas). Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Resilience under pressure with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
