Dubai, UAE Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Only Mandatory Experience Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Candidates must demonstrate clear, hands-on delivery experience in: Core Domain Experience Payment gateways / payment processing systems Financial reconciliation and settlement processes Merchant onboarding workflows Payments Transaction lifecycle management Chargeback and dispute handling Payment reporting and financial controls Multi-party reconciliation environments Systems & Integration Experience working with: Payment Gateway platforms Acquirer / Issuer integrations Card schemes (Visa / Mastercard / Amex, etc) Bank settlement processes APIs and system integrations Batch and real-time transaction processing Financial data reconciliation Tools exposure preferred: SQL Power BI Data warehouse systems Desired Candidate Profile 7+ years Business Analyst experience 3+ years in Payments / FinTech / Banking Proven experience delivering production systems Strong preference: 10+ years experience Experience in payment gateway implementations Employment Type Full-time
