Bahrain Key Responsibilities Oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations. Prepare and monitor budgets, financial statements, cash flow, and management reports. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing. Monitor project costing, profitability, receivables, payables, and cash flow. Manage financial controls and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and other external stakeholders. Provide financial analysis and advice to management for business decisions. Monitor internal controls and identify opportunities to improve financial processes. Supervise and guide the finance and accounts team. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies. Requirements Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in a contracting/construction company. Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and project costing. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems. Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
