Job Description Roles & Responsibilities To supervise and coordinate machine shop operations ensuring production activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and as per approved drawings and specifications. Responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining quality and operational standards. Supervise daily fabrication machine operations and ensure production targets are achieved. Assign work to operators and monitor machine productivity and performance. Ensure machines are set up as per drawings and job requirements. Verify material dimensions, identification, and cutting accuracy. Coordinate with maintenance, QC, and production teams for smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures. Monitor machine maintenance, breakdowns, and reduce rework or downtime. Maintain daily production and manpower reports. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma / ITI or technical certification with 5 10 years of experience in structural steel fabrication and machine shop operations. Good knowledge of fabrication machines, shop drawings interpretation, and supervision of machine operators required.
