Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Immediately Required – Freelance Inspectors (Oil & Gas Projects, KSA) Position 1: Coating Inspector (Freelancer) Position 2: Communication Inspector (Freelancer) Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Industry: Oil & Gas Project Type: Onshore & Offshore Projects Engagement: Long-Term Freelance Opportunity through Ajeer Job Summary We are seeking experienced and qualified Coating Inspectors and Communication Inspectors to support major Oil & Gas construction, installation, maintenance, and shutdown projects across KSA. The selected professionals will ensure that all coating and communication system Desired Candidate Profile Key Responsibilities Conduct inspection and surveillance of coating or communication system installation activities as per approved procedures and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). Verify compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Review material certificates, inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation. Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality requirements are consistently achieved. Witness and document inspections, testing, commissioning, and system Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Relevant inspection certifications: Coating Inspector: NACE, BGAS, FROSIO, or equivalent. Communication Inspector: Relevant Telecom/Communication Inspection certification or equivalent industry-recognized qualification. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects. Previous experience on Saudi Aramco projects is preferred. Experience in both Onshore and Offshore projects will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of applicable industry standards, Saudi Aramco requirements, and QA/QC procedures. Excellent reporting, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Sound understanding of QA/QC documentation and inspection processes. Familiarity with communication systems such as Fiber Optic, CCTV, PAGA, Telephone, Data Network, Radio, and Security Systems. Ability to work independently in multicultural project environments. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety. Familiarity with Saudi Aramco quality management systems and project procedures.
