Frontend Engineer (Mid-Senior) — Forex CRM Platform

Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces for a cutting-edge Forex CRM platform, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate complex wireframes and mockups into functional, aesthetically pleasing web applications. Implement robust and scalable frontend architecture using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and state management solutions. Integrate with backend APIs and services, ensuring efficient data flow and real-time updates for critical financial data. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and contributing to a culture of code quality. Optimize application performance for speed and scalability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure a smooth trading experience. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and actively learning from others to elevate team capabilities. Troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues, proactively identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3-5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on building complex web applications. Proven expertise in at least one major JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js) and associated state management libraries. Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with financial markets, particularly Forex, and an understanding of the challenges in building trading platforms. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like Sass or Less, with a keen eye for responsive design. Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a methodical approach to debugging. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile team.
