Full-Stack Developer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an architectural Full-Stack Developer to build both the mobile application frontend and the cloud processing backend for our football gamification platform. You will be responsible for tying our React Native mobile interface together with a scalable Django (Python) API backend that evaluates drill metrics, tracks user progression, processes video syncs, and drives our global leaderboards. Core Responsibilities Cross-Platform Engineering: Develop the mobile app experience in React Native and the foundational server architecture in Django. Scoring & Applied Math Logic: Write deterministic geometry calculations (e.g., using Python/Django libraries or localized TS/JS math) to evaluate spatial coordinates, joint angles, and object tracking paths from recorded clips into actionable gamified score indexes. Video Pipeline Management: Design cloud storage architectures (e.g., AWS S3) to receive user videos from the mobile device for backend processing or archive retrieval. Gamification Ecosystem: Design and manage the relational database schema tracking users, daily streaks, historical score trends, level unlocks, and real-time leaderboards. Technical Requirements Frontend: Strong experience with React Native, TypeScript, and managing local device storage/file assets. Backend: Deep proficiency in Python and Django / Django REST Framework (DRF). Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) optimized for transactional calculations like global or regional leaderboard lookups. Applied Math/Data Comfort: Strong grasp of vector math, coordinate geometry, or basic data structures (handling lists of X/Y coordinates). Bonus Points: Familiarity with Python video or image manipulation tools (OpenCV, NumPy) or deploying scalable APIs on AWS/Heroku.
