Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using .NET technologies. Work on both the front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into high-quality user experiences. Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks (like Angular or React) alongside .NET Core for front-end development. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to coding standards and best practices. Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and project planning sessions. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks in existing applications. Ensure application security and data protection by implementing best practices. Conduct unit testing and integration testing to validate application functionality. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement of the technology stack. Mentor junior developers and help them grow their skills and knowledge. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on .NET technologies. Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and related back-end frameworks. Strong skills in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue). Experience with RESTful services and API development. Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server or MySQL. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
