Remote / HybridEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are building an innovative SaaS platform for drive-thru and QSR brands that helps businesses recognize returning customers in real time and deliver a personalized customer experience.We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Product Engineer to join as an early team member and take ownership of designing, building, and scaling the product from MVP to commercial deployment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the core web application.Design and manage customer and operational databases.Build intuitive staff-facing dashboards and interfaces.Develop analytics and reporting features.Integrate with third-party systems and camera vendors through APIs.Implement user authentication, permissions, and account management.Support multi-location and multi-branch deployments.Collaborate on product strategy, architecture, and technical decisions.Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of the platform.
