Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Immediate Hiring - Web Designer – Sharjah (Note: ARABIC - Fluency in Speaking & Reading & Writing is MUST). We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design, develop, and maintain visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, modern web design standards, and responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Key Responsibilities Design and develop responsive, modern, and user-friendly website interfaces. Create website layouts, landing pages, banners, graphics, and other digital assets. Work closely with developers, marketing teams, and clients to understand design requirements. Convert concepts and wireframes into high-quality web designs. Ensure websites provide a consistent user experience across browsers and devices. Maintain and update existing websites. Optimize designs for usability, performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. Follow current web design trends, branding guidelines, and UI/UX best practices. Test websites for usability, visual consistency, and cross-browser compatibility. Troubleshoot basic design and front-end issues when required. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. Working knowledge of JavaScript and responsive web design. Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Adobe XD. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress is an advantage. Understanding of SEO-friendly web design and website performance optimization. Knowledge of cross-browser and mobile compatibility Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor’s in Web Design, IT, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field. Relevant certifications are an advantage. Strong portfolio can be considered in place of formal education. Skills Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. Basic knowledge of JavaScript. Experience with Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Knowledge of UI/UX and responsive design. WordPress experience is an advantage.
