Fullstack Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js (60%) and React.js (40%) to build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The role involves backend API development, frontend UI implementation, and end-to-end system optimization. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js (TypeScript/JavaScript) Ensure application performance, scalability, and security Work on microservices architecture, API integrations, and distributed systems Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and deployment processes Monitor, debug, and optimize application performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment Required Skills: Strong experience in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NoSQL databases Hands-on experience in React.js, HTML, CSS (Tailwind, Material UI, CSS-in-JS) Expertise in REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and API integrations Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices Familiarity with message queues (Kafka) and API gateways Knowledge of Redux/Context API and modern frontend tools Strong understanding of data structures and performance optimization Good to Have: Exposure to GraphQL Basic understanding of AI concepts Domain experience in Banking or Retail Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams Good communication and stakeholder management skills Desired Candidate Profile We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js (60%) and React.js (40%) to build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
