Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Functional & Specialist Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring across a wide range of business and corporate functions. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and attract high-caliber professionals to support the organization's growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter with a proactive sourcing mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities: Own the full recruitment lifecycle across business and corporate functions, from sourcing through offer acceptance. Proactively source and engage top talent across banking, fintech, and other professional services industries. Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance. Conduct structured candidate assessments and interviews to ensure high-quality hiring decisions. Manage candidate communications and deliver a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring process. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management. Ensure recruitment processes align with organizational standards and hiring best practices. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment strategies and processes. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across business and corporate functions. Experience sourcing and hiring for specialist and hard-to-fill positions. Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping skills using professional networks and recruitment platforms. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and business leaders. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills using structured, evidence-based approaches. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Financial services, banking, or fintech recruitment experience is an advantage. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
