General Accountant

-Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations. -Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions and follow up on outstanding balances. -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. -Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. -Monitor expenses, revenues, invoices, and supporting financial documentation. -Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. -Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and financial regulations. -Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required. -Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation and filing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a General Accountant or in a similar accounting role. Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is required. Strong knowledge of general accounting, AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Very good command of Microsoft Excel and MS Office. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills. Good communication and time-management skills.
