Go-To-Market Product Leader

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About the Role: You will own the commercial side of multiple digital products not just marketing, not just launch, but the full GTM system. We are not looking for a project manager. We are looking for someone who can architect, execute, and scale without needing step-by-step support . Your Responsibilities: Build and run go-to-market strategy from zero to traction Define and own funnels, activation flows, pricing, conversion paths Align product with real commercial value and test that fast Manage paid, organic, referral, and outbound channels Work directly with the founder to ship, learn, and scale quickly Own your KPIs and if they miss, you don t point fingers What You Must Have: You ve launched and scaled digital products before show us You ve built or managed actual funnels (not slides about funnels) You understand CAC, LTV, churn, activation, velocity You don t wait for someone to tell you what to do you set your own targets and exceed them You are allergic to meetings, bloat, and marketing theater Optional, but Strong Plus: Background in B2B SaaS, talent tech, or strategy platforms Experience building from scratch with limited resources Clear understanding of MENA digital buying behavior If you're not a builder, this role will exhaust you.
