GRC Compliance Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking a GRC Compliance Analyst based in Saudi Arabia to strengthen our governance, risk, and compliance framework. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assessing risks, ensuring regulatory adherence, coordinating audits, and maintaining robust compliance processes across the organization. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures Conduct regular risk assessments and internal control evaluations Monitor compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities Prepare and present compliance reports and risk dashboards to senior management Provide guidance and training to business units on regulatory and compliance requirements Collaborate with legal, IT, and business teams to resolve compliance and regulatory issues Stay current with changes in Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements and global best practices Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Business Administration, Finance, or related field 2-5 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance roles Proficiency in GRC frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, and ISO 27001 Strong risk assessment and compliance management skills In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia (e.g., SAMA, CMA) and international standards Experience coordinating internal and external audits Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP Hands-on experience with GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream) Advanced degree in a related discipline Knowledge of local Saudi regulatory bodies and reporting requirements Arabic language proficiency Experience in the financial services or energy sector Company Industry Other Department / Functional Area Other Keywords GRC Compliance Analyst Get real-time job updates only on our App
