Head of Quality Assurance

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Establish and enforce robust quality standards, processes, and best practices across the entire product lifecycle. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
