HR Business Partner

Managing the full core employee lifecycle from day-to-day HR administration to offboarding and exit interviews. Resolving complex employee relations issues by conducting neutral, legally compliant investigations into factory floor misconduct or grievances. Analyzing factory workforce metrics like localized turnover, overtime costs, and absenteeism to find patterns and propose retention fixes. Facilitating annual performance reviews and talent mapping exercises to identify high-potential line workers ready for supervisor tracks. Overseeing compensation and benefits execution at the site level, including handling localized shift-differential pay and grading queries. Executing organizational design changes like shifting team structures or adapting to new automation lines without interrupting daily factory output.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field from a reputable university. HR Diploma or certification is a plus. 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, Personnel, or HR Generalist roles. Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail is preferred. Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, and operational personnel workflows.
