HR Coordinator
Job Overview
The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily HR operations and ensuring the efficient management of HR processes. This role includes assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, HR data management, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The HR Coordinator will collaborate with various teams to provide administrative support, enhance employee experiences, and help achieve the organization's HR goals. The listed activities include the tasks mentioned but are not limited to the following. Responsibilities 1. Recruitment and Onboarding Support o Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities. o Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all necessary documentation and training are completed promptly. o Maintain accurate records of job candidates, interviews, and hiring processes. 2. Employee Data Management o Maintain and employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. o Assist with the preparation and management of HR documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and other employee-related paperwork. o Ensure the confidentiality and security of all employee information. 3. Payroll and Benefits Administration o Assist with the payroll process by collecting, verifying, and submitting employee attendance and leave data. o Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. o Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies. 4. Employee Relations and Communication o Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing timely responses and assistance. o Assist in addressing employee concerns, ensuring that issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner. o Help promote employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs. 5. HR Policy and Compliance Support o Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws. o Support the implementation and communication of HR policies to employees, ensuring that policies are understood and followed. o Help coordinate audits and HR compliance reviews. 6. Training and Development o Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, managing training records, and tracking completion. o Help track employees professional development and training needs to support career growth and organizational goals. o Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements. 7. HR Reporting and Documentation o Generate reports related to HR activities, such as turnover rates, recruitment status, and training completion. o Maintain HR-related documentation and ensure records are accurate, up-to-date, and stored in compliance with company policy. o Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management meetings. 8. Event Coordination and Employee Engagement o Support HR initiatives related to employee recognition, wellness programs, and corporate events. o Help organize internal events, employee activities, and team-building programs to enhance employee engagement. o Coordinate with external vendors for employee engagement events and activities. 9. General Administrative Support o Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. o Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents and materials for meetings, training, and other events. o Maintain HR files and records in an organized manner, ensuring accessibility and compliance.

Required Experiences o Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HR coordinator or administrative role. o Experience with HRIS systems and basic payroll functions is preferred. o Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee benefits programs. Physical Attributes Proactive and willing to take initiative in assisting the HR team and employees. Team-oriented, with a focus on collaboration and supporting HR projects and objectives. Ability to work independently and manage administrative duties efficiently. Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on employee satisfaction and support. Minimum Requirements o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels. o High level of organizational and time-management skills. o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools. o Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity. o Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively. Working Conditions Full-time, based in Saudi Arabia. Occasional travel may be required for training, recruitment, or event coordination. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary depending on HR project deadlines or company events.
