HR Executive – Recruitment & Sales Coordination

HR & Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate agents, HR, administration, and other company positions. Post job vacancies on recruitment portals, screen CVs, shortlist suitable candidates, and schedule interviews. Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with management. Follow up with candidates regarding interview results, job offers, joining dates, and onboarding. Maintain an updated recruitment database and hiring tracker. Assist with offer letters, employee documentation, onboarding, and maintaining HR records. Coordinate visa and employment documentation with the relevant team, as required. Sales Coordination Monitor incoming property portal leads and ensure timely follow-up. Contact prospective clients to understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences. Qualify leads and assign them to the appropriate real estate agents. Coordinate with agents to ensure leads are contacted promptly and followed up properly. Maintain accurate lead records, client details, and follow-up status in the CRM. Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead allocation, follow-ups, and recruitment activities. Support the sales team with coordination, communication, and administrative tasks. Follow up with agents on pending leads and update management on lead status and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in HR recruitment, sales coordination, or both is preferred. Experience in real estate recruitment or the UAE real estate industry is an advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow-up skills and a proactive, organised approach. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. Employment Type Full-time
