HR Intern

An HR Intern supports the Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks while gaining practical experience in HR functions. This role involves assisting with employee records management, and HR documentation. The intern helps maintain accurate employee data, schedules interviews, communicates with candidates, and provides support for employee engagement initiatives. They also ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information and contribute to creating a positive workplace environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. High attention to details and accuracy when handling employee records and documentation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Eagerness to learn HR operations, HR systems, and administrative processes. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
