Desired Candidate Profile

Must Have Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required. Minimum 10 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in an HR managerial role. Proven background in contracting or construction is a must. Track record in organizational transformation, change management, and HR digitization. Prior experience in manufacturing / contracting company in Aluminium / Glass / Facades segment . Thorough knowledge of UAE Labour Law HR documentation and compliance Work permit / visa processes Nice to have Proven background in contracting or construction is a must.
