HR Recruiter

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Previous recruitment experience in the UAE is mandatory Minimum 1 years of recruitment experience* preferred Retail industry recruitment experience is highly preferred Strong experience recruiting for positions such as: Sales Staff / Sales Associates/Cashiers/Supervisors/Drivers/Helpers / General Labour/Workshop / Blue-Collar Staff/Office Staff Strong knowledge of job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection Familiarity with UAE Labour Law, onboarding, and visa procedures Ability to maintain accurate recruitment records and employee documentation Strong communication and candidate follow-up skills Good negotiation and coordination skills Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines Key Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to joining Prepare and post vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms and social media Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews with management Follow up with candidates regarding interview results, offers, and joining dates Support recruitment for retail, sales, cashier, office, driver, workshop, helper, and other operational positions Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and candidate records Assist with onboarding and joining formalities Coordinate required employee documentation and visa-related procedures Maintain proper and updated employee and recruitment files Support other HR activities as required Desired Candidate Profile Strong experience recruiting for positions such as: Sales Staff / Sales Associates/Cashiers/Supervisors/Drivers/Helpers / General Labour/Workshop / Blue-Collar Staff/Office Staff Employment Type Full-time Company Industry Retail Department / Functional Area HRHuman RelationsIndustrial Relations Keywords Talent Acquisition SpecialistCandidate SourcingOnboardingRecruitment OfficerRecruiterRetail Get real-time job updates only on our App
