HR Recruiter

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies. Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques. Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview processes. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Ensure a seamless candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates. Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide insights through reports. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Degree (Graduation is Mandatory) 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong experience with sourcing techniques with recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Employment Type Full Time
