HSE Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities ADVANCO Engineering & Technical Solutions is expanding its technical team and is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer with strong ADNOC project experience to support our Oil & Gas and industrial operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and technically competent HSE professional with hands-on experience in ADNOC projects, HSE management, Permit-to-Work (PTW), risk assessment, site inspections, incident prevention, and HSE compliance. The role requires close coordination with project and site teams to ensure safe work practices and compliance with applicable ADNOC and project requirements. We are looking for professionals who demonstrate safety leadership, technical excellence, integrity, accountability, and teamwork, and who can contribute effectively to maintaining high HSE standards across demanding Oil & Gas environments. Desired Candidate Profile B.E./B. Tech in Engineering or relevant discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant HSE experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects. Mandatory ADNOC project experience. Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, PTW procedures, risk assessment, and site safety requirements. Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH will be an advantage. Strong communication, reporting, and site coordination skills. Candidates available for immediate mobilization will be preferred.
