HSE Inspector

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive site inspections to assess compliance with HSE regulations and standards, identifying potential hazards and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports of inspection findings and communicate them effectively to management and employees to foster a culture of safety. Develop and implement HSE training programs tailored to the specific needs of various teams to enhance their understanding of safety practices. Collaborate with project managers to ensure that safety measures are integrated into all stages of project planning and execution. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is essential. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred for credibility in HSE practices. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industries. A strong understanding of local HSE regulations and international standards is crucial for effective compliance management.
