Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role: HSE Officer Location: Abu Dhabi Requirement: UAE DL + Equivalency certificate Responsibilities Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at the project site. Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices. Ensure compliance with approved method statements, risk assessments, and HSE requirements. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions. Monitor proper use of PPE and safe working practices. Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses. Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and safety documentation. Coordinate with site management and workers to resolve safety issues. Ensure emergency procedures and environmental controls are properly implemented. Requirements Diploma/bachelor’s degree in HSE, Engineering, or a related field. NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent HSE certification preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and site safety practices. Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
