HSE Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Developing and Implementing Safety Policies Conducting Risk Assessments Safety Training and Awareness Compliance with HSE Regulations Implement Environmental Management Programs Monitor and review HSE performance to identify areas for improvement, track progress, and make recommendations for changes. Develop, maintain, and update safety policies, procedures, guidelines, and records, including incident reports, training records, and risk assessments. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Develop and implement emergency response plans, conduct drills and exercises, and coordinate responses to emergencies. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1yr of experience in an HSE role, preferably. Knowledge of local and international HSE laws and standards. Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferably immediate joiner with Visit Visa/Own Visa/Cancelled Visa .
