Human Resource Specialist

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Maintaining all personal related data files & ensuring validity of requirements like visa, medical insurance card, security pass , license etc. Preparing annual leave plan of all staff. Coordinating with the HR Department for facilitating leave forms, salary certificates etc. Preparing KPI reports. Coordinating all requirements concerning labor camp & transportation. Managing all allocated vehicles; ensuring that insurance, CNIA pass and registration is valid. Preparing purchase requests for spare parts & consumables & also coordinate with suppliers for delivery. Performing any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating a track record of effective HR practices. Certification from a recognized HR body, such as SHRM or HRCI, is highly preferred. Experience in a fast-paced industry, such as tech, finance, or healthcare, to understand diverse workforce dynamics. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations applicable within the region. Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is advantageous for effective communication. Proficient in HR software systems and tools, including ATS and HRIS platforms, for streamlined processes. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and use data to drive decision-making. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
