We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Taybat El Wadi. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting and managing daily HR operations while fostering a positive, professional, and compliant work environment. Role DescriptionManage end-to-end recruitment processes and fill company vacancies.Oversee onboarding procedures and maintain accurate employee records and files.Handle attendance, leaves, overtime, payroll inputs, and employee data management.Administer compensation, employee benefits, medical insurance, and social insurance programs.Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.Support performance management cycles and employee relations initiatives.Address employee concerns and contribute to a positive work environment.Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal company policies.Support daily HR operations and personnel management activities.
