Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Hiring: Outdoor HVAC Sales Engineer – Trading Division Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Zillion Technical Services LLC Join Our Growing Team! We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Outdoor HVAC Sales Engineer to join our HVAC Trading Division. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HVAC spare parts, ventilation systems, air conditioning equipment, and distribution sales within the UAE market. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships. Promote and sell HVAC spare parts, ventilation products, and air conditioning equipment. Manage distribution sales, dealer network, and reseller accounts. Develop project sales by working with consultants, contractors, MEP companies, and developers. Handle end-user sales by identifying customer requirements and providing suitable HVAC solutions. Conduct regular client visits and technical presentations. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales. Follow up on enquiries, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records. Product Knowledge Required HVAC Spare Parts Ventilation Systems Inline Fans Axial Fans Centrifugal Fans Jet Fans Smoke Extraction Systems Fresh Air & Exhaust Ventilation Systems Air Curtains Duct Accessories Air Conditioning Units (Split, Ducted, Package, VRF, Chillers) HVAC Controls & Thermostats Filters, Dampers, Diffusers & Grilles Copper Tubes & HVAC Installation Materials Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of UAE outdoor HVAC sales experience. Proven experience in HVAC trading and spare parts sales. Strong knowledge of HVAC products and ventilation systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Existing network with MEP contractors, consultants, distributors, FM companies, and HVAC dealers will be an added advantage.
