Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Blockchain Development — Build and maintain multi-chain integrations across Ethereum, Bitcoin, TRON, and Polygon — Develop and deploy smart contracts with a focus on security and reliability — Implement wallet infrastructure, key management, and transaction signing flows — Integrate with blockchain nodes and third-party APIs (RPCs, block explorers, oracles) Payment Infrastructure — Develop payment processing pipelines including invoicing, matching, and settlement — Build robust transaction monitoring, status tracking, and reconciliation systems — Implement webhook delivery systems and merchant-facing APIs — Optimise for performance, reliability, and 99.9%+ uptime Security & Compliance — Implement security best practices across wallet flows and transaction handling — Support KYC/AML/PCI-DSS compliance requirements within the engineering layer — Contribute to audit trails, logging, and regulatory reporting systems — Participate in security reviews and code audits Engineering Collaboration — Work closely with the engineering team on architecture and implementation — Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards — Collaborate with Product and Compliance teams on feature delivery — Write clear technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharin Desired Candidate Profile Hands-on experience deploying and operating Hyperledger nodes for a production payments platform, including validator configuration, network topology design, and consensus setup. Developed and deployed chaincode for order lifecycle management and balance tracking, optimized for high-TPS, low-latency transaction processing.
