Immigration Consultant

Handle enquiries for USA, UK, Schengen, UAE, China, Singapore and other international visas. Generate new leads through telecalling, WhatsApp, social media, referrals and other channels. Understand clients’ travel requirements and recommend the appropriate visa options. Explain visa requirements, documentation, processing timelines and service charges clearly to clients. Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed clients. Maintain strong client relationships throughout the visa process. Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, documents and sales in the CRM/lead sheet. Coordinate with the visa processing team to ensure applications are handled smoothly. Stay updated on visa rules, requirements and procedures for different countries. Handle client objections professionally and provide accurate information. Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals and additional travel services. Provide daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales performance. Desired Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in Visa Sales, Immigration, Travel or Tourism. Strong knowledge of USA, UK, Schengen, UAE, China, Singapore and other international visas is preferred. Proven experience in lead generation, telecalling and sales conversion. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills. Target-oriented with the ability to achieve monthly sales targets. Confident in handling client queries and sales objections. Good knowledge of WhatsApp, CRM and basic computer applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team. Candidates with an existing client database/network in the travel or visa industry will be an advantage. Fluency in English and Hindi preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
