Implementation Engineer / Project Coordinator

Support Project Manager in executing telecom and IT/ICT projects end-to-end Prepare and maintain project schedules, implementation plans, milestone trackers, and activity trackers Coordinate site readiness, equipment delivery, installation, configuration, integration, testing, and commissioning Manage UAT/SAT, cutovers, rollback arrangements, and post-implementation validation Track project progress; prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and management updates Maintain project documentation — MOMs, risk/issue registers, action trackers, change trackers, and closure trackers Act as coordination point between Project Manager, customer, vendors, OEMs, and subcontractors Coordinate project closure, as-built documentation, customer acceptance, and handover

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Telecom, Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT, or Computer Science 4–6 years of experience in telecom/ICT project implementation or coordination Exposure to LAN/WAN, Data Center, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Wireless projects preferred Experience with telecom operators, system integrators, or ICT service providers preferred Qatar/Gulf market experience is an advantage Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams; MS Project preferred Strong coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills Ability to manage multiple parallel activities under deadlines Employment Type Full-time
