Responsibilities

• Handle daily battery enquiries through email, WhatsApp and phone
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and sales orders
• Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders
• Coordinate with suppliers for prices and stock availability
• Maintain customer records and develop good customer relationships
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for order processing and deliveries

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English is essential
• Hindi communication skills preferred
• Malayalam will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Good email drafting and typing skills
• Smart, confident, energetic and quick to learn
• Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries independently
• Previous indoor sales or quotation experience preferred
• Smart freshers with excellent communication and computer skills are welcome
• Battery industry experience is not required

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
• Good Hindi communication skills preferred; Malayalam is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to prepare professional quotations, proforma invoices and sales orders
• Good email drafting skills and fast, accurate typing
• Confident in handling customer enquiries through email, WhatsApp and telephone
• Strong communication, customer service and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple enquiries efficiently
• Good attention to detail, especially pricing and quotations
• Previous experience in indoor sales, sales coordination or trading companies preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication and computer skills are welcome
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to learn battery products
• Candidates available for immediate joining or within 30 days preferred
