Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Purpose The role holder is responsible for developing and governing IT infrastructure and cloud operations strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards. also oversees service delivery, stakeholder coordination, and management of cloud and technology partners, driving continuous improvement, performance optimization, and adherence to policies and procedures Key Functional Accountability - Lead the development and execution of IT infrastructure and cloud operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, digital transformation goals, and enterprise architecture standards. - Oversee the design and enforcement of governance frameworks, policies, and standards for infrastructure and cloud environments to ensure scalability, security, and compliance. - Lead the planning, deployment, and optimization of cloud and infrastructure services supporting mission-critical and business-critical applications. - Drive coordination with business units and shared services to ensure seamless delivery of IT infrastructure and cloud initiatives aligned with operational priorities. - Define and govern operational processes, service management models, roles, and responsibilities to ensure service excellence, efficiency, and accountability. - Manage and optimize relationships with cloud service providers, vendors, and technology partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs, cost efficiency, and performance standards. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, cloud operations, and DevOps practices to enhance resilience, automation, and operational efficiency. - Lead capability-building and awareness initiatives in infrastructure, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices to strengthen internal technical maturity and operational excellence.
