Integration Lead
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities JOB PURPOSE: The Integration Lead is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing system integrations across internal and external platforms to ensure seamless data flow, operational efficiency, and scalable technology solutions. The role leads integration initiatives, supports cross-functional alignment, and ensures integration reliability, security, and performance in line with business and technical requirements. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of system integrations across platforms and third-party services. Design scalable and secure integration architectures and APIs. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to identify integration requirements. Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability. Ensure data consistency, synchronization, and accuracy across integrated systems. Manage integration lifecycle activities, including testing, deployment, documentation, and support. Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on integration best practices and standards. Ensure integrations comply with security, governance, and data protection requirements. Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes. Maintain integration documentation, workflows, and technical specifications. Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize integration enhancements and resolve dependencies. Continuously evaluate new technologies and tools to improve integration capabilities. Experience: 5+ years of experience in system integrations, API management, or software engineering roles, including experience leading integration projects and cross-functional coordination.
