Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement system integrations (APIs, middleware, data interfaces) Analyze business and technical requirements to define integration solutions Configure and manage integration platforms and tools Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance issues Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards Collaborate with IT, digital, and business teams to support system enhancements Maintain technical documentation for integrations and workflows Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field Proven experience in system integration, APIs, or middleware platforms Strong understanding of data formats (JSON, XML), web services, REST/SOAP Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Oracle Integration, etc.) Knowledge of databases and SQL Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills in English
