Interior Design Sales & Project Manager

Generate new leads and actively bring in interior design, renovation, and fit-out projects. Develop relationships with villa owners, property managers, real estate agents, consultants, contractors, developers and other potential referral partners. Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, budgets and expectations, and confidently present suitable design and execution solutions. Follow up on enquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms and convert leads into confirmed projects. Conduct site visits, take measurements and assess existing site conditions. Develop interior design concepts, space planning, mood boards, material selections and client presentations. Prepare and/or coordinate 3D interior renders and visualisations. Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, layouts, elevations and basic technical details required for execution. Coordinate with contractors, joinery workshops, MEP teams, painters, civil teams and other specialist subcontractors. Source materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and accessories from suitable UAE suppliers. Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing, lead times and material availability. Prepare or coordinate BOQs, material schedules and project cost estimates. Manage projects from design approval through procurement, execution, snagging and final handover. Regularly visit project sites to monitor quality, progress and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Communicate professionally with clients throughout the project and provide regular progress updates. Coordinate variations, additional works, and client approvals during execution. Ensure projects are completed within the agreed budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior design, fit-out, renovation, or a related industry, preferably in the UAE. Strong sales and business development ability with confidence in meeting and converting clients. Good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE interior design and fit-out market. Strong network or knowledge of UAE suppliers, joinery workshops, contractors, and material vendors will be highly preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Good working knowledge of 3D rendering/software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar. Ability to understand architectural, joinery, and MEP drawings. Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, joinery and interior construction methods. Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing and project estimation. Strong project coordination and site-management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and client-handling skills. Highly organised, responsible and capable of managing multiple projects and leads simultaneously. UAE driving licence is preferred. Employment Type Full-time
