Interior Fit-out Electrical Engineer
Job Overview
Conduct thorough site inspections and quality control checks to verify that electrical work meets design intent and safety standards. Prepare and manage project documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, and handover manuals. Manage the installation and commissioning of all electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage networks, adhering to strict timelines. Ensure all electrical installations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing risk mitigation strategies. Develop and review detailed electrical designs and schematics for interior fit-outs, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local codes. Monitor and supervise daily site activities Work closely to sub-contractors and clients for fit-out site activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum 2-years experience in Fit-out works. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients. Proficiency in English Ability to conduct site visits, which may require physical mobility and working at heights. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet demanding deadlines. Strong understanding of power systems, lighting design, emergency systems, and low-voltage applications. Proven expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant electrical design software packages.
