Internal Audit Manager (Prefer Egyptians)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement annual internal audit plans based on risk assessment Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across departments Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements Identify key risk areas and propose mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Lead audit assignments including planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions Collaborate with senior management to improve governance and risk management frameworks Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies when required Ensure adherence to international auditing standards and best practices Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly preferred Minimum 10–12 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or related field Prior experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Industrial sector is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit methodologies, and risk assessment Experience in African or emerging markets will be an added advantage Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail Willingness to relocate to Pointe Noire Congo Employment Type Full Time Company Industry FMCGFoodsBeverages Department / Functional Area AccountsTaxationAuditCompany Secretary Keywords Internal Audit Get real-time job updates only on our App
