IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain robust server infrastructure (physical and virtual) ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Manage and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to guarantee seamless connectivity. Administer and secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) focusing on cost optimization and adherence to best practices. Develop and execute comprehensive backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical business data. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or End-User Support. Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365 Administration Azure Cloud Services Windows Server & Desktop Administration Network Infrastructure (Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Networks) Endpoint Management and Security Backup and Recovery Solutions IT Asset Management Service Desk and ITSM Tools Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, ISO 27001, and IT governance frameworks. Experience with troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure and performing root cause analysis. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, ITIL, Cisco, CompTIA Security+, or ISO 27001 will be an advantage. Preferred Experience Exposure to Zero Trust Architecture concepts. Experience supporting cloud transformation and cybersecurity initiatives. Experience working with audits, compliance programs, and regulatory frameworks. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support multiple stakeholders.
