Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Position: IT Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 10+ Years Working Days: 6 Days a Week Gender: Open to All About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, network, cybersecurity, and technology operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing enterprise IT environments, ensuring business continuity, implementing technology solutions, and leading high-performing IT teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the organization's overall IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments, and end-user support. Lead and mentor the IT team while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure maximum uptime. Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery planning. Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, storage, and network infrastructure. Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Manage IT budgets, software licensing, hardware procurement, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, cybersecurity standards, and industry best practices. Collaborate with management and business units to identify technology requirements and recommend effective IT solutions. Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and infrastructure. Desired Candidate Profile Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or IT Operations. At least 3–5 years of experience in an IT leadership or managerial role. Strong hands-on experience with: Windows & Linux Server Administration Microsoft 365 & Active Directory Azure and/or AWS Cloud Platforms VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization LAN/WAN, Firewalls, VPN, Switches & Routers Cybersecurity, Endpoint Protection & Network Security Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) will be an advantage. Preferred Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously. Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
