IT Manager

3 Brothers Group is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the company's Information Technology function and ensure the availability, security, and continuous improvement of all IT systems and infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, hardware, software, and communication systems.Ensure data security, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery plans are effectively implemented.Oversee ERP systems and business applications, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement.Lead the IT team, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and support employee development.Manage IT operations across all company locations, ensuring high system availability and timely technical support.Prepare and control the IT department budget while optimizing technology investments.Manage relationships with IT vendors, software providers, internet service providers, and telecommunications companies.Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR devices, and network connectivity.Coordinate with internal departments to identify technology needs and deliver effective IT solutions.Establish IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance, security, and operational efficiency.Ensure preventive maintenance plans are implemented for all IT assets and infrastructure.
