IT Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage IT infrastructure, systems and technology operations Ensure the availability, performance and security of critical fintech systems Manage cloud infrastructure, servers, networks, databases and related IT environments Coordinate with software engineers and external technology providers Oversee integrations with banks, payment providers, APIs and other third-party systems Establish backup, disaster recovery and business continuity procedures Implement IT security policies, access controls and system monitoring Work closely with the CISO on cybersecurity, vulnerability management and incident response Manage user access, authentication and privileged-access procedures Monitor system performance, uptime and technical incidents Establish IT policies, documentation, procedures and internal controls Manage technology vendors, licenses, infrastructure contracts and IT budgets Support the deployment and maintenance of mobile app & digital wallet platform Coordinate with Operations, Compliance and Finance to ensure technology supports regulatory and operational requirements Participate in technology risk assessments and internal/external IT audits Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably within fintech, banking, payments or financial services Previous experience managing IT infrastructure or technology operations Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, databases and system administration Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT security controls Experience with APIs and third-party system integrations Understanding of backup, disaster recovery and business continuity Familiarity with high-availability and business-critical systems Strong vendor and project management capabilities Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with software engineering and cybersecurity teams Strong documentation and process-building capabilities Arabic & English required; French is a plus Company Industry BankingFinancial ServicesBroking Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords IT Manager Get real-time job updates only on our App
