IT Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance, and cybersecurity protection of the IT infrastructure at the Dubai headquarters, ensuring the stable operation of hardware and networks. Oversee the management and optimization of the group s ERP (Dynamics 365) and CRM (Zoho) systems, improving business system adaptability and operational efficiency. Lead the group s digital transformation initiatives and data management efforts, standardize data workflows, and unlock the value of data. Explore the application of AI technologies (including AI-powered data analytics and AI office automation) in business scenarios, and implement solutions to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Coordinate global IT teams, facilitate cross-regional system integration and standardization, and ensure smooth global IT collaboration.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Bachelor s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8 or more years of IT management experience; experience in managing multinational IT teams is preferred. Proficient in ERP/CRM systems (familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Zoho is preferred), with hands-on experience in implementing AI technology applications. Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to independently lead international IT project communication and collaboration.
